1. Who you are agreeing with
sunva.ai is operated by Zenlead, a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam registration dated 2 September 2026), of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. "We" and "us" mean Zenlead. "You" means the person whose phone number the account is registered to.
By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not forward your calls to us.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and the phone number you register must be yours to use. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not let someone else sign in as you.
3. What the service is
Your mobile carrier forwards calls you do not take to a number we operate. Our software answers, speaks with the caller in one of eleven languages, tells you about the call in a notification while it is happening, and shows you a transcript and a summary afterwards. You can take a call over at any time: we ring your phone and connect you to the caller.
By using the service you agree that we may ring your number from ours when you take a call over, when you test call forwarding during setup, and once if the app seems to have been removed (see section 5).
4. What the assistant will never do
It does not agree to anything for you. It is built not to accept, confirm, promise, commit, book, buy, pay, or approve — no appointments, no deliveries, no money, no deadlines, no permission of any kind. It takes a message and tells you.
It also tells every caller, in the language of the call, that it is an AI assistant acting for you, and does not claim to be a person. With the "Just say hello" greeting it says so later in the call rather than first: at once if asked, and always before the call ends.
If the assistant ever appears to have agreed to something on your behalf, that is not a commitment you made and not one we made. Tell us, because it is a bug.
5. Call forwarding is between you and your carrier
- You set forwarding up, and you can turn it off at any time. The app helps, but the setting lives with your carrier, not with us.
- Your carrier may charge you for forwarded calls. Those charges are yours, and we have no visibility into them. Check your plan before you rely on this.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel forwarding. The setting stays with your carrier until you cancel it, and calls will keep coming to us. When we notice the app is gone, callers hear one sentence instead of the assistant, and we ring you once to remind you. Support explains how to turn forwarding off.
6. Recording calls is your decision, and your responsibility
Recording is off unless you turn it on, and announcing the recording to the caller is a separate setting that is also off unless you turn it on. If you record a conversation, complying with the law where you and the caller are is your responsibility, not ours. We strongly recommend switching the announcement on. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
7. What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. In particular we do not promise that:
- every call will be answered — carriers, networks and our own servers all fail sometimes;
- a message will reach you, or reach you in time;
- a transcript or summary is accurate — speech recognition and AI both make mistakes, in every language;
- a caller identified by name is really that person — a name is only ever what the caller said about themselves, never a verified fact;
- the service will be available without interruption.
Do not rely on sunva.ai for anything urgent, medical, financial or life-critical. It is an assistant for calls you would otherwise have missed. It is not an answering service you should trust with an emergency.
8. Using it properly
Do not use sunva.ai to:
- record anyone unlawfully, or in a way that breaks the law where they are;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- harass, defraud, threaten or mislead the people who call you;
- make or receive calls that break Indian law or your carrier's terms, including telemarketing rules;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or probe our systems, or try to reach another user's data.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of this.
9. The shared caller database
When a caller says who they are, that claim may be shared with other users so the service recognises couriers, banks and spam. Your contacts are never contributed to it, and neither is who called you. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
10. It is early software
sunva.ai is in active development. Features change, some disappear, and you may hit bugs. The service is currently free while it is in testing. If we introduce a price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you will be able to stop using the service instead.
11. Ending it
You can stop at any time. In the app, Settings > Privacy & data > Delete account turns call forwarding off and deletes your account and everything in it. You can also turn forwarding off with your carrier and ask us to delete your account; see Deleting your data.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to, or if we stop operating the service. If we shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice so you can turn forwarding off.
12. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including business lost, opportunities missed, or the consequences of a call that was not answered, a message that did not arrive, or a transcript that was wrong.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Because the service is currently provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000, or the amount you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
13. Your content
Your calls, transcripts, contacts and instructions remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to process, store and show them back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use them to train AI models of our own.
14. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app rather than quietly editing the page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
